A Walmart employee in West Virginia told police that a lunch break with a co-worker turned frightening when he allegedly pointed a gun at her. She also reported that the same man had strangled her during a separate incident. Byron Shelton, 22, is facing misdemeanor charges of battery and brandishing a deadly weapon after authorities said he threatened a fellow employee at the Walmart in Fayetteville, West Virginia. According to the complaint, the woman told investigators that Shelton said he wanted to take his own life. While they were both inside the vehicle, he allegedly pulled out a handgun and asked whether she had ever had a gun pointed at her.
