New Delhi: Consumer complaints against online shopping platforms are rising sharply in India, with Flipkart recording more than 1. 33 lakh grievances last year, according to figures cited by the Centre in the Lok Sabha. Amazon and Meesho followed closely, underscoring the growing problems consumers face when shopping on major e-commerce platforms. Flipkart received 1,33,000 complaints through the National Consumer Helpline, followed by Amazon with 91,248 and Meesho with 29,284. Myntra recorded 25,384 complaints, while online pharmacy Netmeds received 19,895.
