Job Description

Join the Team Shaping the Future of Technology!

Ready to make a tangible impact on global industries using cutting-edge technology? Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver like you to help us transform the way the world works!

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it's helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.

Document Crunch is a premier AI-powered contract intelligence platform for the construction industry. By simplifying complex construction documents, Document Crunch empowers project teams to understand their risks and manage contracts with confidence. As part of the Trimble ecosystem, this technology serves as "intelligent DNA," accelerating AI adoption to create a future of zero project disputes and increased transparency across the AECO industry.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing Document Crunch’s AI-powered platform to the construction companies that need it most. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while managing a portfolio of high-value named accounts. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver real outcomes for customers and act as a trusted advisor guiding them toward a world of zero project disputes.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development by identifying and targeting opportunities across assigned markets and named accounts, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts with a focus on expansion, retention, and long-term relationship building.

  • Lead compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients at all seniority levels.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success as a key voice of the customer, sharing market feedback that sharpens positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities.

  • Develop and execute account strategies that grow revenue within existing accounts while identifying new expansion opportunities.

  • Represent Document Crunch at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build your territory community.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) of all sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions, providing regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a sales or account management role, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or enterprise B2B capacity.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.

  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level.

  • High business acumen with the ability to understand customer pain points and map them to solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in construction, construction technology, or a related vertical SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with contract risk management, legal tech, or compliance-related solutions.

  • Previous experience selling AI-driven or data-driven products to operations, finance, or legal teams.

Travel Requirement: 50%

Compensation: 230k-240k OTE Salary + Variable DOE
